Rose is a highly experienced consultant with considerable senior executive experience.   She has planned and led many programmes of organisational change and has a strong reputation for the quality of her analysis and her ability to produce high quality results under pressure. She is also experienced at reviewing and transforming organisational operating models.

During her varied career in consulting and executive management positions she has been a member of, and chaired, a range of governance bodies. Rose was previously Deputy Secretary, Organisational Development and Support at the Ministry of Justice and Acting Deputy Commissioner at the State Services Commission (now the Public Service Commission).

Rose is a member of Tregaskis Brown’s business case practice.  She develops, provides input to and/or reviews most of the significant business cases written by the Tregaskis Brown team, as well as providing advice on other agencies business cases. Rose is also trained in ILM (Investment Logic Mapping).
