Rose is a highly experienced consultant and senior executive. She has planned and led many programmes of organisational change and has a strong reputation for the quality of her analysis and her ability to produce high quality results under pressure. She is an experienced organisational and operating model reviewer.
During her varied career in consulting and executive management positions she has been a member of, and chaired, a range of governance bodies. Rose was previously Deputy Secretary, Organisational Development and Support at the Ministry of Justice and Acting Deputy Commissioner at the State Services Commission.
Rose leads Tregaskis Brown’s business case practice. She has reviewed all significant business cases written by the Tregaskis Brown team, as well as providing advice on other agencies business cases. Rose is a trained ILM (Investment Logic Mapping) facilitator.
Rose is an independent member of the NZ Army Management Board.
