Lisa is an experienced consultant with over twenty-five years in the ICT industry, and has held senior executive positions in IBM and Centron Corporation.

She is an acknowledged ‘thought leader’ on digital futures, and has spent the last few years consulting to NZ Government organisations on future strategies and design for innovation. She has also worked with many organisations to assist them to design and implement new strategies, or support their change initiatives.

Lisa’s facilitation skills help clients create new insights utilising their experience and organisational knowledge to quickly get to the heart of what needs changing, and why.

Lisa is a certified Scrum Master, has trained as an Arbinger Facilitator, a programme designed to reduce or remove personal conflict from teams that must work together to achieve optimal outcomes, and is an accredited Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) facilitator.

Recent Experience

Lisa is an experienced Business Case developer and ILM facilitator. She has wide experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.

  • Department of Internal Affairs - Te Ara Manaaki - The programme required an experienced business case writer to lead the development and approval of the phase 2 business case.
  • Fire and Emergency NZ - Lisa developed the Carcinogen Control Business Case, which included the strategic, commercial, financial, economic and management cases.

  • Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment - ILM workshops for the 'Way we Work' Programme.
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade – Support for a variety of business cases including Technology, Security and VFM for the APEC 2021 Programme
  • Department of Internal Affairs - A range of business cases including;
    • Uruwhenua and Facial Recognition Business Cases, (both Single Stage) 2018
    • Transforming the System of Service Delivery, Single Stage Programme Business Case 2017
