Tracy has worked with numerous clients on all aspects of change from reviewing the current operating model and recommending a new way forward to planning the projects and enlisting the team in the change. 

She has a great reputation for her understanding of how organisations work and how to engage people in organisational change.

Tracy has a background in operational management and HR and she has an excellent reputation for building capability within teams. She is a highly-experienced facilitator who is frequently called upon to run complex meetings and consultation processes.  She is well regarded for her ability to engage people in challenging discussions.  

Tracy has an excellent reputation for managing challenging stakeholder relationships and building relationships of mutual respect. She has worked with representatives of the interests of Māori, parents and educators of children with learning disabilities, the students themselves and the deaf community.

She also facilitates project governance training for our clients and advises them on the hands-on aspects of planning and managing change projects. Tracy is accredited to use the Lominger™ suite of leadership products and trained as an Investment Logic Mapping facilitator.

  • Oranga Tamariki - Senior Project Manager working with Youth Justice
  • Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment - Advisor to the Immigration NZ Leadership Team - Immigration is a key contributor to the economy and Immigration New Zealand (INZ) operates in a fast paced, high risk environment. Tracy was engaged to lead several management initiatives on behalf of the INZ leadership team.
  • Ministry of Education, Special Education - Project Lead - Tracy was contracted by the Ministry of Education to establish the Special Education Update: a review of key aspects of special education within the wider education system. The Update was one of the Minister’s priorities for 2015. The core of the Update during 2015 included national engagement with key voices in the education and disability sectors, initiating a re-design of the service delivery model and scoping and planning the programme of work required to implement substantial improvements.
  • Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum - Facilitated two national workshops in key focus areas
  • Department of Internal Affairs - facilitated a series of project governance clinics
  • Accident Compensation Commission - facilitated a series of project governance clinics
  • Department of Corrections - Reviewed and made recommendations on the productivity of the case management function at Springhill Prison
