Overview

Rebecca is a creative problem solver and analytical thinker with a passion for managing and enabling positive change. She enjoys supporting clients with organisational development and transformation. She is a focused and driven individual that can take abstract ideas and turn them into concrete deliverables.

Rebecca thrives under pressure and can work in a variety of ways to achieve the sought outcome for clients. She has experience in project management, change management and analyst roles and has a particular interest in enhancing the performance of the teams she works with.

Rebecca is part of the PMI New Zealand chapter and is strengthening her project management experience and on her way to achieve the CAPM certification.

National Emergency Management Agency – Reviewed and re-designed a Programme and Project Governance Arrangements.

Various Government Agencies and Departments – Supported a range of independent reviews that addressed:

  • Project and portfolio management maturity,
  • Organisational performance and change management,
  • EPMO/PMOs review and establishment,
  • Various governance arrangements.

Queenstown Lakes District Council – Project Manager across a Programme Business Case and Single Stage Business Case.

Te Tari o Te Pirimia Me Te Komiti Matua / Department of The Prime Minister - Business Analyst and Project Manager of the development of an Outcomes Framework.

Te Tari Toko I Te Tumu Whakawā / Office of The Chief Justice – Supported the development of an organisational strategy.

Ministry of Defence and New Zealand Defence Force - Project Coordinator, Project Analyst and Content Writer. Rebecca took on various roles and worked as part of team to further enhance the Capability Framework.
