A dynamic project and programme professional with 20 years’ experience in varying project, programme and portfolio roles in both Wellington and London.  Lisa has worked in a wide variety of industries including central government, IT, telecommunications, banking, retail and construction.

Lisa is an expert in the implementation of portfolio, programme and project management approaches and has been responsible for setting up a number of EPMOs over the past 14 years.  She is skilled at 'sorting through the clutter' and translating complex theories into something that is simple and useful.

Our clients value her pragmatic, common sense approach, her ability to get things done and to work effectively with a very broad range of people.

Lisa has attained a number of Project and Programme related certifications including; Management of Portfolios (MoP), P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Office) Foundation, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation, Accredited PRINCE2™ Practitioner, APMP Certification (IPMA Level D – Certified Project Management Associate), ISEB Advanced Certificate in Project and Programme Office and the Better Business Cases (BBC) Foundation certificate with the NZ treasury.

Recent Experience

  • Ministry of Foreign affairs and Trade - Lisa is a member of the team who have been engaged to provide PMO and programme planning support to the APEC 2021 Programme
  • Accident Compensation Commission (ACC) – Lisa was engaged to implement the recommendations and undertake the improvements to Enterprise Change P3 Governance following a review.
  • NZ Defence Force – required the provision of services to assist with developing and producing a governance practice tool kit for use by governance committees and committee members.
  • The Treasury – Lisa was engaged to put The Treasury’s ambition to “implement the Living Standards Framework” onto a programme footing by the end of June 2018 and required a PM expert to help set-up the programme.
  • Department of Internal Affairs - Lisa provided specialist expertise to help the EPMO raise standards of portfolio management, governance, project management and business case development
