Joanne has extensive experience managing high profile, complex projects requiring strong relationship management. She has managed a wide variety of change including service improvement reviews, implementing legislation, establishing (and disestablishing) organisations, and business and process transformation.
Joanne brings a strong commercial perspective to her work, backed up by sound financial expertise. She has a depth of business performance and financial understanding, and significant experience in financial and performance reviews and the development of funding and budget bids.
Joanne effectively leads engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders ranging from Boards and Chief Executives through to operational staff, and suppliers. She has also worked with Ministers and the Judiciary on a number of occasions.
