Carol has been involved in helping adults learn new skills for over 20 years.  She gets a kick out of taking complex topics and making them interesting to learn.   She is a highly skilled instructional designer, course content creator as well as a facilitator.  Having had a background with new software and corporate wide rollouts she can provide expertise in planning the implementation, upskilling and change management for new processes or software. 

Telling is not learning, so Carol customises the learning solutions to ensure that the most interactive learning methods are used which leads to a transfer of training to on-the-job skills. 

Carol is an MBTI practitioner, has completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification as well as Agile PM. She is DiSC Profiling certified and completed a Decision Making for Leaders course at Mt Eliza Business School.
