Ministry of Education – Led the content-writing of a new online professional practice framework, in collaboration with subject matter experts across the country, as part of a national co‑design project.

Ministry of Education – Carried out a current state/future state gap analysis for the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L) suite of initiatives.

Health Quality & Safety Commission – Supported various programme with scoping new work, research and analysis, writing case studies, communications, website review/updating, and managing procurement processes. 

Prime Consulting International Ltd – Implemented processes to improve effective business operations, developed a quality management framework and wrote policy and procedure documents.
