Documents your internal and external stakeholder management thinking and how you will manage stakeholder relationships. The stakeholder management plan sits alongside the Project Initiation Document (PID) or Work Package for projects with significant stakeholder management needs.

A key planning document that outlines how your project will be managed and monitored. It establishes a baseline you can use to assess the overall success of your project.
