Tracy heads our learning and development team. She has an excellent reputation as a facilitator of learning and change. Tracy is committed to providing practical, workable solutions for our clients.

Tracy brings substantial operational management and HR experience to our learning and development programmes. She specialises in designing and delivering tailored learning experiences that are highly interactive and fun.

“I really enjoy exploring the ‘people dynamics’ in today’s businesses,” she says. “By harnessing people’s strengths and different perspectives, we can achieve remarkable results – whether that’s organisation wide change or simply building the capability in the team.”

Tracy is:

• an accredited practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®

• an accredited PRINCE2® practitioner
