Rob Handyside
Associate
Rob brings more than 25 years’ experience in senior management and consulting roles in New Zealand and Australia. He has developed an excellent reputation as a facilitator, trainer and coach.
Rob facilitates planning processes for clients in the public, private and not-for profit sectors and provides independent facilitation for public consultation exercises.
“I help organisations to support, encourage and empower people to perform to their best,” he says. “I especially enjoy working with managers, team leaders and team members to hone their skills in running meetings or workshops, and helping people to overcome today’s professional challenges.”
Rob has a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources. He is:
- an accredited practitioner of the Team Management Systems suite of team diagnostic tools
- an accredited user of the Lominger Leadership Architect™ and Team Architect™ tools
- trained in the use of Group Process Consulting
- an accredited provider to the Public sector Leadership and Development Centre (LDC)
- a facilitator for the Advanced Leadership Programme.
- Rob is the Director of Handyside Facilitation.
