Karen Tregaskis
Director
Karen heads our consulting team. She brings her unique skills to planning and implementing change, and managing programmes and projects for large organisations. She’s an expert facilitator, encouraging constructive, effective dialogue at all levels, from the front line to senior management.
Karen developed and honed her skills through operational management and human resources roles in the justice, health and IT sectors. She’s managed a wide range of change initiatives, from specialist HR projects to major operational process redesigns.
“I get a lot of satisfaction from a job well done, particularly when it’s the result of great teamwork,” she says. “Blending our skills with those of our clients – working together to achieve a goal – goes a long way to ensuring a successful project.”
Karen is:

- Accredited ILM facilitator (Dept of Treasury and Finance, Victoria)
- an accredited MSP™ (Managing Successful Programmes) practitioner
- an accredited PRINCE2® practitioner
- a member of the Project Management Institute, New Zealand chapter
- a certified user of the Lominger Leadership Architect™ and Team Architect™ tools
- an accredited practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.
